🤔 Understand

After getting close to the problem; speaking to people, digesting the research and absorbing the context, the most valuable thing I can do is sit with a strategist or a founder and just think out loud.

An hour, a coffee, no screens. Riffing on what we heard, stress-testing assumptions, surfacing the insight that reframes everything. That's where the real work happens.

💭 Ideate

Once the problem is defined, experience maps created and persona’s developed, that’s when we turn to solutions. I’m a big believer in that the best ideas come from different angles. Bringing together product & engineering around the problem, then shaping what comes out into two or three directions worth pursuing.

The next job is getting those in front of people. What we hear decides what we double down on and what we change.

🎨 Make

Making has been supercharged. AI tools mean solutions can be produced in days not weeks, but craft isn't something I'm willing to leave behind. The difference between good and great takes more time, and I'll stand by that.

I build solutions grounded in evidence and human insight, then take people on a journey; a presentation, a prototype, a story that makes the right answer feel inevitable. Show don't tell, but always set up by evidence.
